In collaboration with the Académie des lettres du Québec, the Foundation will present, on Saturday, February 15 at 3 p.m., a tribute to Fernande Saint-Martin, who died last December and who was one of the greatest intellectuals in Quebec and the accomplice of Guido Molinari for over thirty years.
A dozen people, who met at one point in their life this woman-orchestra who was a philosopher, journalist and magazine director, feminist activist, theorist and art historian, museologist and museum director, semiologist, author, professor , literary critic and poet, were invited to testify to this meeting.
Here is the list of speakers: Marie-Claire Blais (read by Denise Desautels), Nicole Brossard, Peter Byrne (read by Margarida Mafra), Laurier Lacroix, Lise Lamarche, Jocelyne Lupien, Émile Martel, Christine Palmieri, Jean-Guy Pilon (read by Denise Deautels), Chantal Pontbriand, Marie-José Des Rivières and Gilles Daigneault as host.
The day will end with more informal conversations around drinks offered by the Académie des lettres du Québec.
