Vent bleu: Yoga practices

June 22nd and August 10th, 2026

Mondays June 22nd and August 10th, 6 pm

As part of the exhibition Vent bleu, the Foundation invites you to a yoga practice designed to explore Molinari’s work through the body, movement, and contemplation. This practice will focus on yoga postures inspired by the sky, the wind, and birds, echoing the title of the work.

This event is intended for those who already have some knowledge of yoga and basic postures. Participants must bring their own mats for the practice.

Associate curator at the Guido Molinari Foundation, Camille Bédard is an art and architectural historian who has been practicing yoga for over ten years. As curator of the exhibition Vent bleu, she has spent the past year reading books, listening to podcasts, and watching films about the wind, the sky, and the color blue. Inspired by her daily yoga practice at Studio Mile End, she was inspired to create an aerial yoga sequence that engages with Molinari’s work.
