This practice will focus on yoga postures inspired by the sky, the wind, and birds, echoing the title of the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This event is intended for those who already have some knowledge of yoga and basic postures. As curator of the exhibition <em>Vent bleu<\/em>, she has spent the past year reading books, listening to podcasts, and watching films about the wind, the sky, and the color blue.
